FHA Loan Limit to decrease in Arizona on October 1, 2011

HUD has proposed to decrease the FHA loan limit in Maricopa County from the current loan limit of $346,250 to $271,050 on October 1, 2011.  Here are the proposed limits for other counties in Arizona:
Apache County: From $281,250 to $271,050
Coconino County:  From $450,000 to $333,500
Gila County:  From $325,000 to $271,050
Maricopa County:  From $346,250 to $271,050
Mohave County:  From $322,500 to $271,050
Navajo County:  From $308,750 to $271,050
Pima County:  From $316,250 to $271,050
